For Jacks fancydress party I created a mask and head of the main alien character from 'Mars Attacks'.
My paper mache creation collapsed so I resorted to tights stretched over cardboard.
It was pretty hot and squashed in alien head
but it felt ice to hve a big brain

Jack, my boyfriend asked me to make him into Edward Scissorhands
he wanted mechanical moving hands made with scissors
I only had cardboard
cardboard scissor it was!
I really like your alien costume. Is it very hard to make an alien mask? I need to make one for Halloween. I think I will give it a shot. I will be using paper mache and wire for my materials. I can"t wait to see how it turns out.
